This is the ultimate stainless steel black and tan spoon, and is designed to rest on a pint glass as your pour the lower gravity top layer.
Easier to use than a traditional spoon which must be held, and the turtle's mouth doubles as a bottle opener.
The included instructions suggest using Guinness, Beamish, or Murphys canned Irish Stout as a top layer, and everything from hard cider, champagne, Bass Ale, Redhook ESB, and more as a bottom layer.
Keep in mind the top layer must be a lower gravity beer than the bottom layer, as a denser (higher gravity) beer will sink to the bottom of the glass.
