Info on Classes & Registration
Adult Cooking Classes
The adult cooking classes are taught by local chefs in the area and are generally observational classes. The menu differs each class and participants enjoy tips from the chefs and plenty of food that is cooked throughout the night. The class also includes a wine tasting courtesy of By the Glass wine bar. They pair wine with the food throughout the evening.
Kids Cooking Classes
Kids cooking classes are hands-on and are taught by Faith Anaya. They are open to children ages 8-12.
Registration & Cancellations
• Payment is due at the time of registration.
• In the event you are unable to attend the class, please notify Eggshells prior to the class and registration may either be transferred to another person, or you may reschedule for a later class.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a class. In the event that a class must be cancelled, all registered parties will be notified and given the opportunity to register for a different class or receive a full refund.
• For registration made in person, your receipt will serve as your confirmation. For registration made online, you will receive email confirmation. For registration made over the phone, confirmation will be provided upon request.
• When a class is sold out, we will gladly add your name to a waitlist and notify you if and when a seat becomes available. Registration will then be confirmed upon payment.
Menus
• We reserve the right to substitute ingredients and menu items. We will make every effort to adhere to the advertised menu.
• In classes where alcohol is served, no one under 21 may consume alcoholic beverages.

• Participants of the class will receive 10% off store retail items the day of the class.
