Refunds & Exchanges

If you receive the wrong product and it's our fault

Let us know, by emailing or calling within 30 days, and we will apologize profusely then ship you the correct item as quickly as we can along with a paid return shipping label. 

If something arrives damaged

We take every precaution to package your item for safe shipping but sometimes it just happens!  Let us know as soon as you receive your shipment and we will either credit your card for the damaged item or ship you a replacement as soon as possible.

If you get the wrong thing because you accidentally ordered the wrong thing - or you just changed your mind

We will be happy to exchange it or refund you within 30 days but the shipping is on you.  Here's what you do:

  1. Print out your receipt or order confirmation and write us a note explaining what you would like us to do - refund your card or exchange it for a specific item.
  2. Ship that item back to us along with a re-shipping fee (in check or money order form) for exchanges.  Your re-shipping fee will be whatever your original shipping fee was.  You can find this out by looking at your order confirmation or asking us.  If your original item shipped for free, you will be charged whatever actual shipping costs were and we can let you know that.

*If you chose to exchange, your new item will be shipping out as soon as possible after receiving the return.

*If you chose to receive a refund, your credit card will be refunded less the original shipping charge.  If your original item was shipped for free, the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.  We'll let you know what that amount will be before refunding your card.

We will only honor exchanges or refunds if the product is unused and undamaged by the user.
