Join us Friday, June 25th, 2021 at 6:00 pm for a cooking class with Chef Rick Rogers exploring the famous Latin American dish: Ceviche. At this class we will be learning how to prepare two different ceviche recipes. The first will be classic fish ceviche, the national dish of Peru. The second will be a shrimp ceviche, Ecuadorian-style. Chef Rick Rogers will also cover basic knife skills and cutting techniques at this class.
Classes typically run for two hours, and include all dishes you and the chef prepare.

More about the Chef:
Rick Rogers is a private chef with experience in Southern, South American, and World Cuisines. His mother is from Peru and he worked with local chef Heinz Koenigfest at the Ecuadorian restaurant Lulu's Latin Rotisseries here in Little Rock. He has also been a chef in New Orleans.
