Chef Amanda Ivy is a house favorite here at eggshells. Last year she guided us through numerous private parties and public classes, and this year she will be teaching a monthly hands-on Pasta series focusing on making different styles of pasta and types of sauces each month.
In addition to classes at eggshells, Amanda has a local catering business: Low Ivy Catering, and is the head chef at Sauced out west! You may also have seen her on the food network where she has competed in The Great Food Truck Race and Guy's Grocery Games.
