Join us Saturday, February 4th for a chicken marsala cooking class with Chef Brandon Brimley. Learn to make this classic Italian-American chicken dish prepared in a rich marsala wine sauce.

Classes typically run for two hours, and include all dishes you and the chef prepare. 

You’ll be offered a glass of wine and provided with water. You’re welcome to bring any beverage of your choice for the rest of the evening.   Reserve a spot by calling us at 501-664-6900 or checking-out right here in our online store.

If you are part of a larger party please let us know.

All ticket sales are final.  Due to food prep, planning, different chefs and food costs, tickets cannot be transferred to any future classes.  You may transfer your seat to someone else for the same date/class.

Chef Brandon Brimley known as Chef Too Much Sauce takes people on a culinary exploration through extraordinary cuisine. With a passion for food, Chef Too Much Sauce has a flair for igniting the senses using simple, fresh ingredients with a twist. He pairs together the best of both worlds as an experienced Chef of 15 years and a certified mixologist. He is the Executive Chef for To the Brim Catering and founder of Cuisine & Cocktails, a culinary experience pairing signature dishes and cocktails in an intimate setting.
