Join us Tuesday, April 20th, 2021 at 6:00 pm for a cooking class with Chef Rick Rogers featuring Shakshuka, the iconic paprika-spiced egg dish. At this class we will be exploring the culinary amazements of the Maghreb: Mediterranean cuisine of that mixes Middle Eastern, North African, and European influences. The featured dish will be Shakshuka: eggs poached in a richly flavored tomato-garlic-and-olive-oil based sauce. Chef Rick will also teach as how to make the perfect Hummus and fresh Pita Bread.
Classes typically run for two hours, and include all dishes you and the chef prepare.

More about the Chef:
Rick Rogers is a private chef with experience in Southern, South American, and World Cuisines. He has worked in kitchens in New Orleans and here in Little Rock.
