Southerners love casseroles, but did you know the Mediterranean has its own version of a casserole? Moussaka is flavorful layers of ground beef, mediterranean spices, eggplant, bechamel sauce and cheese. \u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eClasses typically run for two hours and include all dishes you and the chef prepare.  \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eYou will be offered a glass of wine and provided with water. Rose is an active participant in charity work assisting families and children, and also spearheads several outreach programs. For her tireless work, Rose was awarded the Citizen's Achievement Award from the Little Rock Police Department.
