She's baaaaaaaaack and for this week only!
Join us Tuesday, September 20 at 6:00 pm as we welcome back Chef Amanda Ivy for a hands-on pasta cooking class. Every pasta class with Amanda is a different experience, but we typically prepare three fully distinct pasta recipes/styles/variations. Each class includes a classic egg yolk pasta dough in a long noodle shape (spaghetti or linguine). The other two dishes have been everything from Lasagna Al Forno to hand-rolled gnocchi. Classes also include varying sauce and serving methods (red sauce, bechamel, saged brown butter, pan sauce, etc.). Each class is a unique pasta-making experience!
Classes typically run for two hours, and include all dishes you and the chef prepare.
You’ll be offered a glass of wine and provided with water. You’re welcome to bring any beverage of your choice for the rest of the evening. Reserve a spot by calling us at 501-664-6900 or checking-out right here in our online store!

All ticket sales are final. Due to food prep, planning, different chefs and food costs, tickets cannot be transferred to any future classes. You may transfer your seat to someone else for the same date/class.

Amanda Ivy is an Eggshells favorite. Her hands-on classes always sell-out! Around town she has been the opening chef at several restaurants including Heights Taco&Tamale and Sauced. She's also been featured on the food network and competed in Diamond Chef Arkansas. Her catering business and food truck, Low Ivy Catering, is missed in Central Arkansas. Currently she owns and operates The Bleu Plate Truck in Tupelo, Mississippi and Delta Tamalero in Charleston, West Virginia.
