Join Chef Amanda Ivy for a fully hands-on class making pasta of various shapes from scratch.
Chef Amanda Ivy is a house favorite here at eggshells. Last year she guided us through numerous private parties and public classes, and this year she will be teaching a monthly hands-on Pasta series focusing on making different styles of pasta and types of sauces each month.
In addition to classes at eggshells, Amanda has a local catering business: Low Ivy Catering, and recently started a food truck of the same name. You may also have seen her on the food network where she has competed in The Great Food Truck Race and Guy's Grocery Games.
