Kids will receive hands-on training in the kitchen and along with cooking and food preparation skills while exploring fresh spring recipes.
For kids who like to mess around in the kitchen here’s a chance to try out a bunch of new stuff and to experiment with ingredients and recipes. Learn methods and skills and use tools that enable you to feel confident creating in the kitchen. All hands-on - we equip kids for their own culinary exploration.
At Kids Cook! we choose simple, and interesting, seasonal recipes with an eye on nutrition. In each class we prepare 2-4 recipes, then set the table and taste what we have made. We explore cooking tools and unusual ingredients. We generally incorporate both savory and sweet, baking and cooking recipes.
Maximum enrollment: 10 students
Classes are Sunday afternoon, 2:00-4:00 p.m.
All ticket sales are final. Due to food prep, planning, different chefs and food costs, tickets cannot be transferred to any future classes. You may transfer your seat to someone else for the same date/class.
