January 10, 2019 - Sous Vide

Lisa Fischer, of radio fame and Little Rock acclaim, will be leading us through a class about all things Sous Vide.  Sous Vide is a new way of cooking that has been popular at high end restaurants but is making its way into the home kitchen more recently.  By circulating water at a constant temperature, it cooks your food at the exact temp you want, achieving perfect done-ness every time! We are excited to learn more about it and see it in action with Lisa!

  • Advance reservations are required.

  • The price of admission includes a welcome glass of wine and the dishes the chef prepares. Water will be provided and you are welcome to bring your beverage of choice for the evening.
