Join us and Andrew Wellings, a knife-skills professional from Wusthof knives, for a completely hands-on knife skills class.

Skills taught will include everything from peeling and dicing vegetables to deboning a chicken. Learn the difference between Japanese and European knives, brunoise and julienne, and more!
