Chef Ben Brainard of Heights Taco & Tamale and Local Lime will be leading us through an educational evening exploring Mezcal. Mezcals include any spirit made from the agave or maguey plant. Tequila is just one branch of this diverse family of spirits. The class will be focused on the nuances of mezcals and what to pair them with. Chips, dips, and light tapas will accompany. You will want to eat dinner before of have plans after for this one!
