Sarah came across this recipe for a strawberry tart and twisted my arm to make it.
1 c flour
1 t baking powder
pinch salt
1 stick of butter
1 cup sugar, plus 2 T for dusting
2 eggs
1 t vanilla
a handful of strawberries, halved
sift dry ingredients together. cream butter and sugar then add eggs and vanilla. slowly mix in dry ingredients. pour into buttered tart pan. arrange strawberries on top. bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
