Crumble by hand or with a pastry blender into small consistent bits with no large chunks of butter.
Beat egg with salt and vinegar until well mixed. Add remaining liquid ingredients and mix well. Add flour and mix well. Yields 6 crusts.
Add filling to your crust and top with crumble. Bake, covered with a bowl or foil, for approximately 2 hours at 350º. Uncover and continue to bake until browned.
