Contact us, by email or phone, within 14 days of receipt of the item, and we will apologize profusely (hey--even experts make mistakes!), then ship you the correct item as quickly as possible, along with a paid return shipping label for the unwanted item.
If something arrives damaged:
We take every precaution to ensure your item gets to you safely, but sometimes it just happens! Let us know as soon as you receive your shipment and we will either credit your card for the damaged item or ship you a replacement.
If you've gotten the wrong thing because you've accidentally ordered the wrong item, or if you've just changed your mind:
We will be happy to exchange the item or refund you within 14 days of your purchase, but the shipping is on you! Send us back the item, along with the order confirmation, and let us know what you'd like to do. We'll make it snappy for you.
If you've chosen to exchange for a different item, the new item will ship out as soon as possible following our receipt of the return.
If you chose to receive a refund, your credit card will be refunded.
Exchanges or refunds will only be honored if the product is returned unused and undamaged by the user.
Returns are not accepted on opened food products or on sale merchandise. Our apologies!
