Quick & Easy BBQ Recipes for National BBQ Month

BBQ is a controversial topic in the South, as many regions have their own style. We carry a number of different sauces at Eggshells, and while we love a good food debate, we believe a great BBQ sauce can transform any recipe. Here are three of our favorite quick & easy recipes featuring BBQ Sauces found at Eggshells, plus a Korean BBQ Marinade featuring soy sauce and benne seeds from Bourbon Barrel Foods.

BBQ Chicken Sandwiches

(serves 4-6)

  • 1 rotisserie chicken, shredded (can be substituted for pulled pork)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 sweet yellow onion, diced
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped (optional)

  • 1/2 cup Finch & Fennel Stout BBQ

  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper for heat (optional)
  • brioche buns, toasted

Instructions:

  1. Heat butter, garlic, diced onions, and chopped peppers in a skillet over medium-heat.
