Loosen the pizza from the screen by sliding a spatula or butter knife carefully under, and around, the edge of the crust, then slide the entire pizza onto a cutting board, slice, and serve. Do not cut on the screen. Rinse in warm water without soap to maintain the seasoned surface. Repeat seasoning instructions, as needed.
