Join us on Wednesday, October 22, 2025, as we host Ashley McCord, Executive Vice-President of Ankarsrum, Inc. for an Introduction to the Ankarsrum Mixer! We are very excited to have Ashley join us to tell you all about the history of the Ankarsrum and give you a demonstration of what it can do. It is a very exciting product, and we are proud to be the only Ankarsrum dealer in the region.
Ashley will be preparing a number of products with the Ankarsrum, including crispy baguettes, foccacia and cookies. This presentation will last approximately two and a half hours, and include sampling all of the food prepared by Ashley during the class.
This class begins at 6 p.m. You will be provided bottled water. You are also welcome to bring any beverage of your choice for the rest of the evening, and we do sell soft drinks, mineral water and other beverages.
This class is $25 per seat. Seating with be auditorium-style to accommodate everyone. Reserve a spot by calling us at 501-664-6900 or checking out right here in our online store!
All ticket sales are final. Due to prep, planning, different chefs and wine costs, tickets cannot be transferred to any future classes. You may transfer your seat to someone else for the same date/class.
