Join us the evening of Saturday, June 20th, 2026, from 6-8 pm for a Southern Summer Social with Andrea Patrick of Dished by Drea. Where tradition meets trend, this class will elevate your hosting game as we reimagine regional flavors with a modern twist. You will learn design secrets and seasonal pairings to craft a stunning, Southern-inspired grazing board. Perfect for all skill levels!
Classes typically run two hours, and include all dishes you and the chef prepare. This class will include sampling different wines, and you will be provided with water, but may bring other beverages of your choosing. We also sell soft drinks and mineral waters in the store.

Andrea “Drea” Patrick is the creator of The Dish by Drea, a food focused brand known for approachable cooking, creative entertaining, and flavor driven pairings. Formerly the owner of Dished by Drea, she now teaches public classes on wine and cheese, charcuterie, and brunch boards including her interactive signature class, Board Wars. She also shares recipes, reviews, and food finds through her growing digital platform.
