Join us Friday, June 26th, 2026, from 6:00-8:00 pm for a cooking class with Jojo Sims.

Chef Jojo will be teaching this class how to make adobo and pancit.  Adobo is often considered the unofficial dish of the Philippines, and it is a dish as well as a cooking process.  In its base form, meat, seafood, or vegetables are first browned in oil, and then marinated and simmered in vinegar, salt and/or soy sauce and garlic. Pancit is the generic word for noodles.

Classes typically run for two hours and include all dishes you and the chef prepare.

You will be provided with water to drink, and we do sell soft drinks, mineral water and some other beverages at Eggshells, but you are also welcome to bring any beverage of your choice.

Reserve a spot by calling us at 501-664-6900 or checking out right here in our online store!

If you are part of a larger party, please let us know.

All ticket sales are final.  Due to food prep, planning, different chefs and food costs, tickets cannot be transferred to any future classes.  You may transfer your seat to someone else for the same date/class.
