Join us Tuseday, August 18, 2026 at 6:00 pm for a cooking class with Chef Rick Rogers exploring the famous Latin American dish, Ceviche. The national dish of Peru, Ceviche is popular all over Central and South America, and is the perfect light dish for summer. Ecuadorian and Mexican-style ceviche will be featured at this class; both dishes involve cooked shrimp.

Classes typically run for two hours, and include all dishes you and the chef prepare.

You’ll be offered a glass of wine and provided with water. You’re welcome to bring any beverage of your choice for the rest of the evening, and we sell soft drinks and waters in the store.   Reserve a spot by calling us at 501-664-6900 or checking-out right here in our online store.

If you are part of a larger party please let us know.

All ticket sales are final.  Due to food prep, planning, different chefs and food costs, tickets cannot be transferred to any future classes.  You may transfer your seat to someone else for the same date/class. 

 

More about the Chef:

Rick Rogers is a private chef/restauranteur with experience in Southern, South American, and World Cuisines. His mother was a native of El Salvador, and he has lived all over the world learning unique cuisines.  Prior to owning and operating food trucks and a Latin American restaurant here in Little Rock, he worked in kitchens in New Orleans. Rick and his wife now own Eggshells, but Rick continues to teach cooking classes for us.  Check him out on Instagram @rickshomecooking.
