Join us Friday, September 19th, 2025 for a cooking class with Chef Megan Kessler as she teaches you how to make cannoli with marscapone filling. Chef Megan will teach you the traditional way of making cannoli, but will also demonstrate some modern techniques and flourishes.
Classes typically run for two hours, from 6-8 pm, and include all dishes you and the chef prepare.
You will be offered a glass of wine and provided with water. You are welcome to bring any beverage of your choice for the rest of the evening, and we do sell soft drinks, mineral water and other beverages.

All ticket sales are final. Due to food prep, planning, different chefs and food costs, tickets cannot be transferred to any future classes. You may transfer your seat to someone else for the same date/class.
More about the Chef:
Chef Megan Kessler is a California native who worked as a live action/omelette cook at Pulaski Technical College, as well as being part of the catering department. After that, Chef Megan ran Fork In the Road food truck, before becoming Chef and Director of Catering at Rebel Kettle Brewing. After a few years of private catering, she is now running the kitchen at Dizzy's Gypsy Bistro in Downtown Little Rock, as well as continuing to cook for private events and brunches.
