Join us Wednesday, September 24, 2025 from 6:00-8:00 pm for a Latin American cooking class with Chef Heinz Koenigfest, featuring Baked Empanadas. Chef Heinz will teach you how to prepare a variety of Empanadas.
Classes typically run for two hours, and include all dishes you and the chef prepare.
You will be offered a glass of wine and provided with water, and you are welcome to bring any beverage of your choice for the rest of the evening. We also sell soft drinks, mineral water and a few other canned/bottled beverages.

All ticket sales are final. Due to food prep, planning, different chefs and food costs, tickets cannot be transferred to any future classes. You may transfer your seat to someone else for the same date/class.
More about the Chef:
Heinz Koenigfest is the former owner and Executive Chef of Lulu's Latin Rotisserie and Grill, Originally from Bolivia, Chef Heinz is married to a native Arkansan and has lived here in Little Rock for many years. In his spare time, Heinz is an excellent musician and enjoys jamming with friends. We are delighted to have Chef Heinz join us again at Eggshells teaching you how to make some of your favorite Latin American dishes and sauces.
