Join us Wednesday, January 21, 2026, from 6:00pm-8:00pm for a cooking class with Chef Rick Rogers. At this class. we will learn how to make Creamy Cajun Orzo with Sausage and Peppers. This dish is an exciting fusion of bold spices, hearty orzo pasta, smoky sausage and shrimp in a luxurious sauce.
*Not Gluten Free, Contains Pork, Contains Dairy
Classes typically run for two hours, and include all dishes you and the chef prepare.
You will be provided with water to drink, and we do sell soft drinks, mineral water and some other beverages at Eggshells, but you are also welcome to bring any beverage of your choice. Reserve a spot by calling us at 501-664-6900 or checking out right here in our online store!

All ticket sales are final. Due to food prep, planning, different chefs and food costs, tickets cannot be transferred to any future classes. You may transfer your seat to someone else for the same date/class.
More about the Chef:
Rick Rogers is a private chef/restauranteur with experience in Southern, South American, and World Cuisines. His mother was a native of El Salvador, and he has lived all over the world learning unique cuisines. Prior to owning and operating food trucks and a Latin American restaurant here in Little Rock, he worked in kitchens in New Orleans. He has taught cooking classes here at Eggshells for over 8 years.
