Back by popular demand from our Street Food Series, on Wednesday, October 15th, 2025, from 6:00-7:00 pm, Chef Richelle Antipolo will teach you to make Gỏi Cuốn (Vietnamese spring rolls) and Tuong Dau Phong (peanut dipping sauce). The spring rolls will contain shrimp, veggies and noodles. Please bring a container for your extras!

You will be provided with water to drink, and we do sell soft drinks, mineral water and some other beverages at Eggshells, but you are also welcome to bring any beverage of your choice.

If you are part of a larger party, please let us know. 

All ticket sales are final.  Due to food prep, planning, different chefs and food costs, tickets cannot be transferred to any future classes.  You may transfer your seat to someone else for the same date/class.   

More about the Chef:   

Richelle Antipolo has worked and assisted at several of our cooking classes at Eggshells over the years. Richelle specializes in Pan-Asian cuisine, and loves introducing her classes to the dynamic and colorful flavors of the continent. Richelle was born in the Philippines, lived in South Korea for a few years mastering their flavors and is the daughter of the first and longest practicing sushi chef in Arkansas. Currently, she does private catering and classes here in Central Arkansas.
