Hand-picked with care from the Andalusia region of Spain, this full-flavored olive oil is considered one of the best in the world. It’s made up of three varieties of native, organic olives selected for their stability, sweetness and floral aroma. For seven generations, the same family has carefully harvested them at the ideal stage of ripeness. The olives are then crushed using hundred-year-old granite wheels and pressed to extrude the oil. The finished product is of highest quality, with notes of citrus and almond and a fruity, buttery finish that makes it ideal for roasting meats, using in marinades and adding to dips and dressings.
