Join us Saturday, September 26th, 2026, from 6-8:00 pm for a cooking class with Michelle Rogers of Eggshells.
This class is an Introduction to baking yeast breads and will include how to make homemade sandwich breads and buns, using both fresh milled flour and regular AP flour. We will be utilizing the Ankarsrum Mixer for this class and will cover how to use the Ankarsrum for all your mixing needs.
You will be offered a glass of wine and provided with water. You are welcome to bring any beverage of your choice, and we do sell soft drinks, mineral water and other beverages in the store.

All ticket sales are final. Due to food prep, planning, different chefs and food costs, tickets cannot be transferred to any future classes. You may transfer your seat to someone else for the same date/class.
More about the Chef:
Michelle Rogers is a lifelong cook and baker and owns Eggshells Kitchen Co., LLC, with her husband, Rick. As the major buyer for Eggshells, she is responsible for the expansion of Eggshells' bakingware and other baking-related products now sold in the store. She often bakes bread, cakes, pies and other treats in the store for customers and staff and looks forward to teaching this introductory to breadmaking class.
